Address Lane is an online marketplace connecting property seekers with RERA-registered real estate brokers. The platform is free for property seekers. Brokers pay a per-lead fee.
Brokers joining the platform commit to charging a maximum of 1% brokerage on all deals originating from Address Lane. Violation of this commitment will result in immediate suspension and a formal complaint to the relevant state RERA authority.
Brokers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings will result in permanent removal from the platform.
Address Lane does not sell or share customer contact information. Any broker found to have obtained customer contact outside the platform will be permanently banned.
Disputes between customers and brokers should first be reported to support@addresslane.com. We will mediate and, if necessary, escalate to the relevant RERA authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, Punjab.
