Your data is used solely to operate the Address Lane platform — matching you with brokers, facilitating conversations, and improving our service. We do NOT sell your data to third parties, marketing companies, or other brokers.
Your phone number and email are never visible to brokers unless you explicitly share them in a conversation. All initial contact happens through our in-platform chat.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated PII at any time from your profile settings.
This platform complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023. You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data.
